Titan Wealth Sponsors Norwich RFC and Launches Norwich Rugby Academy

Titan Wealth is thrilled to announce its sponsorship of Norwich RFC and the newly restructured Norwich Rugby Academy, featuring as the front-of-shirt sponsor. This partnership underscores the company’s commitment to supporting local communities and fostering the development of young talent in the sport of rugby.

The Norwich Rugby Academy is embarking on an exciting new chapter with the merging of U16s and U17/18 (Colts) boys and girls into one cohesive entity. Under the expert guidance of Head Coach Dave Tiueti, a former Tongan International, and his senior coaching staff, the Academy will train together while continuing to compete in their respective age groups. This innovative approach aims to upskill players, replicate the patterns of play of the senior sides, and ensure a seamless transition to senior rugby.

In collaboration with local schools, the Academy will offer young people aged 15-18 the opportunity to learn and play rugby. Qualified, experienced, and DBS-checked coaches will lead regular training sessions, providing equipment and flexible scheduling to accommodate school needs.

The Academy will have its own brand and identity, creating a unifying esprit de corps that brings people together to achieve a common goal. While striving for excellence, the academy will be inclusive in its approach, encouraging all players and recognizing the individual journeys of young people. The coaching program will combine core skills, strategies, strength and conditioning training, and potentially working with psychologists to help build resilience.
