Touch Rugby

Touch Rugby is thriving at Norwich Rugby Club.

  • Never played rugby before? This is an ideal way to start.
  • A former player retired through injury? You don't have to give up rugby just yet.
  • A female player that wants to compete with males on equal terms? No problem, this is the game for you.
  • Want to keep your fitness up during the 'closed season'? Look no further

Our touch team 'Norwich O2' won the 2016 inaugural Norfolk RFU Touch Rugby Finals.

Training is on Wednesdays at Eaton park on the touch pitches which are located next to the boating lake. 18.30 meet, all welcome.
Matches are on Sundays Its free as it has been funded by the RFU.

The demo featured former England player Maggi Alphonsi and was a lot of fun
