Match preview

On Saturday 12th Match, the Norwich U10s travel to Welford Road to play in the Prima Cup. They have been drawn against South Leicester, Ashbourne, and Lichfield who, like Norwich, won their respective qualifying tournament. The boys have all been playing and training hard to prepare for the big day with a recent big win over local rivals North Walsham. The team have a travelling support of over 70 mums, dads, sibling, grandparents, aunts and uncles who are planning to watch Leicester play London Irish in the warm up event before the headline matches involving Norwich take place.
 
The team have also been lucky enough to attract a number of sponsors who have contributed towards the purchase of team kit for the boys. The team would like to thank the following sponsors; Colin Yaxley at Sembmarine SLP Ltd, Elmdale Ltd, and People with Energy for providing the playing kit and warm up tops; they would like to thank Dan Archer of DACS Graphic Design & Print Ltd for his sponsorship of warm up t-shirts; and to ABC Taxis who along with a long time supporter of the club sponsored new socks for the team.
 
Colin Yaxley of Sembmarine SLP Ltd and Dan Archer of DACS Graphic Design & Print Ltd joined the team after training on Wednesday to wish the boys good luck and to present them with their new kit. It meant a lot to the boys to receive this support and has helped to make the day even more special for them. The support of the minis and youth teams is so important to the future of the club as we see the young players progress through the age groups until they are representing Norwich RFC as senior players.
 
Aidy
