AN INVITATION FROM AMERSHAM & CHILTERN RFC At long last I can invite four of your travelling supporters as my guests for a pre match lunch at Amersham and Chiltern RFC. Lunch and drinks will be served from 1.30. We are able to offer lunch to additional supporters at a small charge, they are very welcome.
You will be greeted by Mr Chris Smith in my place as I am attending a memorial service in the morning but will hopefully be in time to join you for a drink before kick off.
I am looking forward to an exciting and competitive match.
Kind regards,
Peter Kenyon
President Amersham and Chiltern RFC
Many members of Norwich RFC will be back in the saddle again in September, cycling 200miles over the weekend of 11th/12th September, raising money to support our community as we respond to the challenges arising from the Covid19 pandemic. Many community groups continue to struggle with the financial implications of providing their much-needed services. The Ride4Recovery challenge is seeking to raise £30,000 to help the Norfolk Community Foundationhttps://www.norfolkfoundation.com/ to provide its support and services across our region. Over 15 members of Norwich RFC will be leading the charge. We are proud of our county and grateful to the work of the NCF in helping those most impacted by the pandemic. If you could support this cause, any contribution big or small would be greatly appreciated. You can donate here:

Thank you for your time. Here is our opportunity to make a difference. Mark Loveday
The weather was very kind to us and there was a carnival atmosphere at the Norwich 7's on the 31st July. With entertaininment in the form of live music for 10 hours and bouncy castles for the children and adults, there was plenty to occupy people. The rugby was high quality and thoroughly entertaining. Those that camped on Friday and Saturday nights were able to fully immerse themselves in the festivites. The winners were: Men's Open Cup - Samurai Academy Women's Open Cup - Hammerhead 7's (Olney -Bucks) Men's Open Bowl - Shelford RFC Women's Open Bowl - Wymondham Wasps Men's Social - The Nature Boys
Organisers Matt Cole Wilkin and Mike Phillips have posted an 'Over and Out' message on the 7's website CLICK HERE This says it all so there is no point repeating it here beyond thanking all the sponsors, players and support workers that made the day such a success. Thank you to everyone, see you next year.
