As I look forward to my third Season as Chairman it feels like we are starting off from a robust base – a really good place to build on for this coming Season.

The pitches and Clubhouse are looking good with a coat of paint and a tidy-up during the summer. We have won some new Sponsors and looking forward to their support and attendance during the Season.

Pre-Season training is going well with our new Coach in place and I’m sure we’ll be pushing hard for promotion as we reach the latter part of the Season. I’m keen to continue our drive to become “one” Club integrating Minis, Youth, Seniors and soon Ladies. If you see there is an opportunity to try something new, please let me know.

Following the great success of the Dinner and Ball towards the end of last Season, we have agreed to repeat this coming Season and remain in a marquee at the Club. Please make a note in your diaries as tickets will go fast (Annual Dinner – 26th April 2012, Summer Ball – 9th June 2012).

As always, we are desperate for volunteers to help get jobs done without having to employ outside help, so if you would like to help and support YOUR club, please get in touch with one of the Committee.
